Over time, biofilm builds up on internal pipework and mechanical parts that can increase the risk of faults occurring overtime. Keeping your hot tub or spa clean and well maintained is vital to the longevity of your tub and its components such as the heater or pumps.

We offer a variety of service, cleaning and maintenance options to suit your needs and requirements which are available to book online and are listed below;

Now lets take a look at the options in a bit more detail...

HTE Re-commission

This option is designed following a period of non-use such as following the winter season when some owners choose to switch their tubs off, or following relocation and time in storage. (If you run your tub all year round, please see the HTE Premium option further down). This option includes the following;

• Cabinet inspected and cleaned
• Shell inspected and cleaned
• Jets removed, inspected, cleaned and reinstated
• Circulation pump inspected and cleaned
• Jet pumps inspected and cleaned
• Heater inspected 
• Pipework and joints inspected
• Unions inspected and adjusted where required
• Re-fill with water
• Filter(s) reinstated
• Power up and commence full system check
• Pumps primed
• Water shock dosed and balanced
• Cover cleaned and re-fitted

HTE Standard

This option provides the essentials for keeping your tub clean with crystal clear water. This option can be carried out quarterly or more frequently during heavy usage. This option includes the following;

• Filter(s) removed and cleaned using cleaning solution
• Water drained
• Cabinet inspected and cleaned
• Shell inspected and cleaned
• Pipework and joints inspected
• Unions inspected and adjusted where required
• Re-fill with water
• Filter(s) reinstated
• Power up and commence full system check
• Pumps primed
• Water shock dosed and balanced
• Cover cleaned and re-fitted

HTE Winterisation

This option is only applicable to those customers who wish to switch off their hot tub over the winter season. It ensures that the tub is left clean, with water fully drained form pumps and pipework to reduce the risk of cracking or damage to the components. This option includes the following;

• Biofilm remover and system flush added
• All pumps run for 20 minutes
• Filter(s) removed and cleaned using cleaning solution
• Water drained
• Cabinet inspected and cleaned
• Shell inspected and cleaned
• Pipework and joints inspected
• Unions inspected and adjusted where required
• All components drained of water
• Filter(s) placed in dry storage
• Cover cleaned and re-fitted

HTE Premium

This option is the all inclusive of service options and covers everything necessary to promote optimum performance of any hot tub. This option includes the following;

• Biofilm remover and system flush added
• All pumps run for 20 minutes
• Filter(s) removed and cleaned
• Water drained
• Cabinet inspected and cleaned
• Shell inspected and cleaned
• Jets removed, inspected, cleaned and reinstated
• Circulation pump inspected and cleaned
• Jet pumps inspected and cleaned
• Heater inspected 
• Pipework and joints inspected
• Unions inspected and adjusted where required
• Re-fill with water
• Filter(s) reinstated
• Power up and commence full system check
• Pumps primed
• Water shock dosed and balanced
• Cover cleaned and re-fitted

The price quote includes the labour and up to 50 miles travel from our base. Any additional mileage is charged at 45 pence per mile. This is payable on location and can be paid via cash or card.
