If your hot tub does require new parts or components, we are able to source these for you and fit them where required. All parts are sourced from reliable suppliers that have the best lead times to ensure that we can get you back up and running as quickly as possible.
We do not charge any commission on the supply of hot tub parts. You pay what we pay, plus delivery of course!
We do however charge for fitting the parts where instructed by the customer. Fitting charges are based on an hourly rate which is underpinned by a minimum standard charge.
Should new parts be required following a fault diagnostics check or service carried out by us, we will only apply a callout fee once.
All fees shall be documented on a written quotation which is valid for 30 days from the date the quote is produced. All work undertaken by us for supply and fit, is backed by our 12 month no quibble parts and labour guarantee!
Customers are under no obligation to purchase parts or additional services from us such as fitting and in fact, we encourage customers to shop around for the best prices available to them.
We are happy to fit parts that are sourced elsewhere by the customer however, we are unable to offer our 12 months guarantee in these cases.
