FAQS

What areas do you cover?

Our services extend to cover Staffordshire and Cheshire only. Other counties will be considered on an individual basis. We are happy to provide you with customised quote for any work outside of these areas.

What services do you offer?

We are able to offer fault diagnostics work, servicing, cleaning and maintenance of all hot tubs. We can also supply and fit parts or components where required. A free no obligation written quotation can be supplied on request.

What are your methods of payment?

Our main service options are paid for online using the booking system in advance of any work undertaken. Additional work such as supplying and fitting a new circulation pump can be paid for over the phone prior to ordering and installation.

Do I need to be at home when the work is carried out?

Yes, we do ask that the customer is at home when the work is carried out in order to answer any questions, sign off inspection paperwork and so that we can run through the process with you

How long will the work take?

This is all dependant on the service that we are providing i.e. some services are 2 hours, some are 3 hours etc. The time allocated to different service options are detailed as part of the online booking process.

Can i cancel, change or amend a service that I have already paid for and booked online?

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel a booking. Cancellations made within the 24 hour minimum notice period shall be charged in full. All amendments to existing bookings also require at least 24 hours notice. Where a booking is amended, the next available slot will be offered however, there is likely to be a wait of at least 5 working days before a booking can be rescheduled and will depend on availability.
